Welcome to Mommies Group.

The idea is this: Each "mom" has $100 dollars in tokens, in multiple's of $5.  Each time a mom is needed to baby-sit (in 3-hour increments), $5 is "paid" in tokens.  Any mom can keep "paying" out while she has "money" left.  She can build up her "stash" by baby-sitting herself for any of the other moms in her Mommies Group.  We can remain in the group as long as we want to - but any one mom should not leave (unless by agreement) unless she is at her beginning balance of $100.  Any mom can be asked to baby-sit.
